“Please note that the developer has provided a generous covering of top soil on the sections (400-500mm) because in other subdivisions there has been some complaints about too little top soil cover.  This will however mean that you need to plan what you do with top soil removed for foundations. Landscaping design could perhaps be considered together with building design”.  Let your designer know early”
